The Passion in Shute Park

A group from church presented “The Passion of Christ” today in a local park.  After a short piece on stage, we followed along as the group moved to each new Station and then back to the stage.  It was in Spanish, but we knew the plot.  I texted my daughter that we were at Shute Park and my four-year old daycare girl was scared.  Sarah replied back, “She should be.  Someone is about to be crucified.”

Who to set free

The crowd moving along.  My friend, Jean, is walking with the tan poncho.  A woman in Chile spun, wove and made it for her husband when they were missionaries there some 30 years ago.
