Still Sewing for Christmas

Some things are finished like the pillow cases.

But this is the mess in my room this morning.

This is how I load them on the frame for quilting.

Pillow cases

I have my husband and son trained to get my three most needed items from Joann’s:  zippers, Kona (I’ve dubbed it, “top shelf cotton”) and pillows.  Kevin went this weekend to get grey zippers and his exasperated remark on the phone was, “The other Joann’s sure has a better selection of zippers.”

Love how you quilt the pillow covers, and really love that the hub and son have your Joann shopping down! I bought a bunch of pillow forms there the other night for Christmas presents and to go with a quilt order. Hope the hubby used coupons! 🙂

Too funny! That’s great 🙂 my husband would never notice zipper selections!

  5. Jami Says:

Whoever is getting those are truly lucky!
