Pickled Eggs

This is my first try at pickled eggs.

Bring to boil:

2 cans beet juice (take out beets)

1 cup vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

Once cool, add a dozen hard-boiled and shelled eggs.  Wait until the next day to begin eating.

    I have never tried pickled eggs….refrigerate?
