Rhubarb and Asparagus and More

While most of my quilt guild is busy at the Charity Mega Sew Day, I’m busy too.

1) Quilt on my nephew’s graduation quilt that my mom hand pieced years ago for him and I am finishing.

2) Run

3) Farmers Market where the entire parade consisted of a high school band and a tractor (which I didn’t see).  Lots of friends to chat with and vegetable starts to purchase.

4) Quilt more

5) Catch up with hubby on his last 16 mile run before his half marathon in three weeks.

6) Make rhubarb cake.

Now I’m back to quilting.  There is this quilt to finish, a friend’s and one last Quilt of Valor before leaving next Friday for Kentucky.

Last night, I basted the project that I’ll take with me on my trip to hand quilt.

What a very special quilt for your nephew! And, those can’t be all of your plants for your garden. What else will you have?
