All in a Day’s Work

Well, in a few hours working we put together ten aprons.  My daughter had the rick rack on five and the side seams were sewn when I arrived.  She did most of the sewing while I pressed and pinned.  It was a great time together.

Each gift is an apron and a gingerbread man kit.  She wrapped the apron around the kit and they turned out fabulous.

Not being used to cats, it was strange moving her chairs to find a cat perched where I wanted to sit.

Returning home, Andrew and I made two desserts, tonight’s dinner and tomorrow’s breakfast casserole.  Only one big mix up and it will have to be ok.

What a lovely thoughtful gift! Good job Sarah! Yep, cats rule the roost…

This was a wonderful gift and the wrapping was so inventive. Is the apron pattern available since it was so quick?
