A great Saturday

Woke up for a ten-mile bike ride with my neighbor followed by quilting on the wedding quilt.  The pantograph is “”Frolicking Ferns”  by Lissa Calle of www.urbanelemenz.com.  They will resize a panto for a few dollars and this is at 8″.

Then, we went to Mt. Hood Community College for the Oregon State Games where Kevin ran a 4:56 1500.

He was first in his age group.  Tomorrow we go back for the 800.

Is this a quilt you made? It’s fabulous!!! perfect colors, perfect pattern and perfect quilting. One of these days I will have to do a panto. They have such cool ones now. Not like the early days. This one is gorgeous.

Thank you for the nice comments. Yes, I made this quilt for our nephew’s wedding. There is a much smaller version using the left overs ~~ as I am math challenged and cut too much. Hopefully, I can bind it on the way to the next track meet today.

I always wondered what that was called, now I know, pantograph. It’s beautiful, especially with the mossey colors!

Go Kevin! For some reason I can’t post on his blog.
