We leave a at 3:40 to pick up my daughter and her husband and head to the airport, then a layover at JFK and into BWI where 40 of my closest relatives await our arrival late Thanksgiving evening. So much for packing light. I have several items that are just not fitting! Happy Thanksgiving !

November 21, 2008I have a little fun planned for my nephew this Thanksgiving… We acquired a picture from his dad and my DH altered it. I made an art journal quilt and love it! He used Adobe Photoshop Elements 6, but says Corel Paint Shop Pro X could create the same effects.
Heart Strings Two ~~ wedding quilt
November 18, 2008I completed another Heart Strings quilt ( http://heartstringsquiltproject.com ) for a wedding gift. The bride is from a well known local strawberry farm family so I used a strawberry fabric for the back.
Mended Leaves
November 7, 2008We finished our “mended leaves” project last weekend. My other friend, Carole, wasn’t allowed to leave until one of hers was finished. This is a fun project for friends!
